Collect and aim the Camera
The Camera targets a player’s head, not the machine screen. The community description lists a starting price of 6 Tickets, increasing by 3 per floor; use the price shown in your shop.
Buy it in the lobby, retrieve it from Sketchy Guy inside the casino, and pick it up. Turn it on with its Use/switch action, aim at another player’s head and catch the instant their winning round settles. You do not need to record the whole round.
Cash out what you recorded
According to the mechanism document, a captured win adds stored money and increases combo charge. Throw the Camera onto the ground and break it to cash out that stored amount. Use the Camera’s display rather than an unverified universal payout percentage.
Recording a losing settlement clears the entire stored bank. Leaving it on continuously is the main mistake. Switch it off before an expected loss, then activate for a confirmed win window.
Stake Holder increases the raw money stored; it does not change the combo multiplier used when the Camera breaks.
Conditions that matter
The document excludes your own settlement, so Camera is not a reliable solo funding plan. These rules are documentation, not this site’s code inspection or distance testing. No precise capture range or all-build payout ratio has been verified. A document revision date does not identify the game build.
